Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) ATM Debit Cards

KVB offers EMV chip-enabled debit cards on VISA, RUPAY, and MASTERCARD. While KVB RUPAY debit cards are accepted only for use within India, the VISA and MASTERCARD are for both domestic and international usage. KVB Debit Cards can be used at ATMs and Cash recyclers to withdraw and deposit cash, to pay for purchases at POS and for E-commerce transactions. The cards come with a validity of five years from the date of issuance.

How to Generate/Change Karur Vysya Bank ATM Debit Card Pin

To generate or change your KVB ATM Debit Card pin, you can choose any of the below options:

In case you wish to generate a new pin, changing your existing pin, you can just call the 24-hour KVB customer care toll-free number at 1860 200 1916 at any time for assistance relating to your ATM Debit Card. On connecting with the call, just follow their instruction. You may be required to feed in your registered mobile number and the card number during the call. They will send you an OTP (One Time Password). You can visit the ATM, and use the option banking>change pin. When it asks for the OTP, you can enter the one that has been sent to you by the bank, and set your new pin.

You can generate/change your KVB ATM Debit Card pin online. If you have enabled the internet banking facility, and if you remember your transaction password, then visit the bank website http://www.kvb.co.in and log in to your internet banking, click on the ATM services tab, and choose the option ‘RESET ATM PIN’. You will have to feed in details such as card number, card expiry date, new ATM pin, reconfirm ATM pin, and transaction password.

You will get an OTP in your registered mobile number to authenticate the transaction, and on completion, you would have generated your new ATM pin. PIN is a FOUR Digit Personal Identification Number, which is issued to the customer in a CLOSED envelope and is delivered to him separately. Customers are requested to ensure that PIN envelop is received by them INTACT and they are also requested to change his PIN immediately. Under no circumstance, PIN should be divulged to anyone including to an official from the Bank.

The last option is to visit your nearest KVB branch and request a new instant duplicate ATM Debit Card PIN.  Else, you may visit your home branch and submit a written application for regeneration of ATM Debit Card pin. The branch will process it, and the ATM pin would be delivered to your registered address.

    I’m not ATM service tab in my internet banking.
    Also, if i try toll free number it is not providing any options for ATM pin reset.
    Really frustrated with your service.

  2. Their is no ATM service tab in netbanking facility if I try toll free service number the number is not exist now what will I do
