  1. My father has Parkinson’s and is unable to climb stairs and cannot put his signature .Is it necessary for him to go to the bank physically to close the Canada bank account or can a bank official come home n take his thumb impression.

  2. My mother in law died last year Oct and Canara bank in Double Road, Bangalore are not allowing to close her account saying there is no nominee. We had submitted the death certificate but the bank people are not agreeing to close it. What should I do to close the account?
