Submitting a complaint for the first time
- You can drop in an email at [email protected] or get in touch at the number 1800-258-8181. You can also get in touch with the number of the bank at 033-66333333. This number is operational during the office hours.
- You would just need to mention your account number or you customer ID. You could also get in touch with your branch head in person or fill in a form. The details which need to be entered are your name , phone no, city pin code, your personal id , nearest branch , city.
- Then type in the grievance and complaint enquiry is a must. This should involve close to 100 characters. This is to be completed by filling in the submit form.
If you are not satisfied with the response in the first stage, then this matter could be further escalated to the cluster head. You can find out from the official website, the details of the cluster head.
If one is still not satisfied with the response then they could escalate the matter further to the zonal head.
