  1. Sir/Madam

My husband and I are senior citizens who has joint account with LVB.

On March 6th 2019, I received a message on my mobile that the ATM debit card was returned to the branch since the house was locked. But, on that day, all the time, we were at home and nothing was delivered to us. When we contacted the branch, they asked us to wait and promised that needful will be done.

Since then, we have been following up with the Thoraipakkam LVB branch multiple times and the last time when we contacted the branch (last week), the manager said the ATM card will be delivered last week and if not asked us to raise a complaint against them.

Being old and immobile, it makes our life very difficult without an ATM card. I am writing this email as a last resort hoping someone will help us and give us a response by when our ATM card will be delivered to us.

    Regards
    V. Ramamoorthy and Rajam Ramamoorthy
