I am PNB customer having Savings at Ring Road Branch. Surat. Gujara. This branch have so much and staff is insufficient moreover road construction work is going near the branch. We try to get the service at PNB Shankheswar circle, Adajan, Surat. Gujarat Branch. But they deny to provide deposition of cheques as well as withdrawal of cash. They rudely order us not to expect the service from Adajan. They advise us to approach parent office. Sir your esteem bank have facility at par so the customer should facilitate ` Any branch` I am the customer of PNB not particular branch.
