How To Write a Complaint Letter to Bank Manager For the Wrong Transaction

Banking is all about transactions and thus there are situations where the basis of the banking may go wrong. Yes, a wrong transaction in banking isn’t something uncommon. It can be due to many reasons, human made error by the account holder or the bank officials, fraud and technical glitches. There are many conditions that can create the wrong transaction. Salutation

  5. Details of the transaction include name of the Payee, Date and Time of transaction and the amount of transaction
  6. Core issue of the wrong transaction

All of these are very much required for the Bank Manager to act upon the request. The body must have all the details that are required to take action against the wrong transaction. The proofs must be enclosed with the application and that should be mentioned in the letter.
