Bank of Maharashtra is one of the oldest public sector banks in India. It was established on 21st October 1935. It has a total of 1897 branches along with 15 million customers. The headquarter is situated in Pune, Maharashtra.

The RTGS and NEFT office has been made accessible for clients to transfer the balance from one bank to another. The RTGS and NEFT facilities have likewise been accessible to Internet Banking Customers of their Bank.

Timings

There are two type of transactions-

1. Customer Transactions: For RTGS- Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 4.30 pm.

For NEFT: Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm

2. Inter-bank Transactions: For RTGS- Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 7.45 pm.

(Note that, second and fourth Saturday and Sunday are holidays)

NEFT and RTGS Charges

1. RTGS Charges

For Inward, Service charge is Nil. For Outward and amount less than two lakhs, the service charge is zero. For the amount more than two lakhs and less than five lakhs rupees service charge depending on the time bands. From 9 am to 12 pm service charge is Rs. 25, From 12 pm to 3.30 pm it is 26 rupees, From 3.30 pm to 5.30 pm and also after 5.30 pm, the charge is rupees 30. For Rs. Five lakhs and above, service charge are Rs 50 ( for 9 am to 12 pm) and 51 ( for 12 pm to 3.30 pm).

2. NEFT Charges

For Inward transactions, NEFT charges is zero. For Outward and up to one lakh transaction, the service charge is NIL. For above one lakh to two lakhs, Rs 15 per transaction and above two lakhs, transaction charge is RS 25.

3. IMPS

It is instant money transfer facility where you can transfer Rs 5000 maximum through IMPS in a day.
