How To Block/Unblock Vijaya Bank ATM Debit Card

Steps To Block/Unblock Vijaya Bank ATM Debit Card

• To block or hotlist debit card through SMS, the customers can send SMS 9243755121 through their registered mobile number by referring account number or debit card number in the format given below.
• SMS format for hotlisting using your account number, you can type HOT <15 digit account number>

Eg HOT 12345678910111

• SMS format for hotlisting using debit card number, type HOT <16DIGIT CARD NO>

Eg HOT 123456789101112

• If you have multiple cards linked with a single account, you can send SMS in the following format, type HOT <15 DIGIT ACCOUNT NUMBER>

Eg HOT 12345678910111

For this, the bank responds in the following way

• Multiple cards ending with XXXX linked to your account, to hotlist, sms as HOT<LAST 4 DIGITS OF CARDNUMBER>

Eg HOT 0123

• Again, resend the message HOT <LAST FOUR DIGITS OF OTHER CARD NUMBER>

Eg HOT 1234

The card will be hotlisted immediately and the confirmation will be sent to the customer immediately. If the customer will not receive the confirmation message within 5 minutes,  the cardholder can call the 24X7 customer service using the toll-free numbers to get your card hotlisted
